Legislature Restores MCC Funds for Arts & Culture!
We are extremly grateful to our Newton Delegates - Kay Khan, Cindy Creem, Ruth Balser (pictured left), and John Lawn - who were among the legislators whom, during the late hours on Sunday evening, successfully voted to override Gov. Baker's veto of more than half of the MCC's budget!

Nathaniel Allen House
Ideally situated in West Newton Square, but in great need of repair, the property consisting of a Greek Revival House, servants' wing and barn was purchased by the NCA in November of 2012 with the intent of blending past and present, and to create space for the intersection of art, culture and community, while bringing a new sense of vibrancy and neighborhood to West Newton.
For more information on the Nathaniel Allen House, contact NCA at 617.332.4300.
