DESCRIPTION:The SCC are pleased to be co-presenters for the International Shorts 2021 being presented as part of Wicked Queer\, the 37th Annual LBGTQ+ Film Festival being shown virtually between April 1st through April 30th. \nFeaturing international films by a selection of new talents\, this year’s lineup includes lyrical works from Spain\, a surreal Norwegian comedy\, and a bittersweet story from Belgium. DESCRIPTION:Do you like Dogman\, Narwhal & Jelly or the Babysitters Club? Come learn about how to make your own comics! We will meet on the first two Wednesdays evenings: February through June. Learn about the ways you can make your comics go KA-POW! as we write\, draw\, and share. Join us for this beginner’s creative writing workshop for children in third and fourth grade. A reminder email and zoom link will be sent out prior to the first session. \nOnline registration is required and begins Wednesday\, January 20 at 6:30pm. \nWhen you register\, you register for ALL 10 sessions: 2/3\, 2/10\, 3/3\, 3/10\, 4/7\, 4/14\, 5/5\, 5/12\, 6/2\, and 6/9.
