SUMMARY:Newton Artists Selling Art to Support "Facing Cancer Together"
DESCRIPTION:Art Works for Good to Support Facing Cancer Together \nNewton Art Association (NAA) is relaunching Art Works for Good\, to make a difference to\nthose in need. This year\, NAA members are donating proceeds to Facing Cancer Together\n(FCT)\, an organization that provides care to cancer survivors and their families who can’t afford\nor access to essential support services. \nNAA’s fundraiser is an opportunity to purchase original artwork while helping cancer survivors in our community. Enjoy browsing NAA’s Art Works for Good online (Newtonartassociation.com) art exhibition from November 16 through December 31\, 2022. Thirty nine artists are participating in the exhibit which features 140 paintings\, drawings\, sculptures\, and photographs. Half of all proceeds go to FCT and the other half to the artists. Many NAA artists are donating all the sale price to FCT. If you are interested in purchasing art\, visit the NAA website (Newtonartassociation.com).\n2\nFacing Cancer Together depends solely upon donations. They are one of the free-standing\, nonhospital-based cancer support organizations in the state of Massachusetts that provides free\,\nonline psychological support\, in addition to person services.
