DESCRIPTION:This class is for beginners and more advanced students who wish to get grounded again in the basics. Learning to draw and learning to paint are treated as inseparable in this class. Half of each class will be spent drawing\, practicing specific skills which will help you see more precisely. The other half will be painting from observation (still life and model)\, focusing on underlying structure\, color and value relationships rather than on detail and “effects”.
