Enjoy this lovely concert now by clicking here. More info at clausura.org.

SUMMARY:Music From the Heart and Meditations For the Heart Livestream #3
DESCRIPTION:In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and our current sheltering at home circumstances\, Singer-Songwriter and Mind-Body Psychotherapist has been doing a series of Facebook livestream concerts sharing mostly original songs (with a cover or two thrown in) from home at the upright piano\, and including a heart-centered meditation to close. Each livestream benefits a community organization in need. \nThis livestream\, Linda’s 3rd\, will benefit the staff of 24 Hour Concerts\, who do so much for the music community and are amongst the many music community people out of work and struggling financially during this time.

SUMMARY:Zamir Chorale: Fourth Annual Voices of Freedom Concert POSTPONED
DESCRIPTION:This extraordinary multicultural event features three choirs: the Zamir Chorale of Boston\, America’s foremost Jewish choral ensemble; VOICES 21C\, a diverse choir dedicated to positive interactions\, social justice\, and global understanding; and the Boston Community Gospel Choir\, which often performs with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Each group will separately perform songs from the Jewish\, Muslim\, and Christian cultures\, respectively\, and then join together to perform music that transcends the collective cultures. The idea of shared values\, especially in these turbulent times\, rises above our many cultures and connects us. By using music to explore the themes of freedom\, we seek to create a culture of understanding\, faith\, and hope. \nJoin us at 2:15 PM for a guided tour of the Vilna! Learn about the history of the Jews of Boston and the unique architectural features of this particular building. \nPlease note that the doors and building will not open until 2:15 PM to the public. Seating is general admission and on a first come\, first served basis.
