DESCRIPTION:Eleuthera Trio (Lois Shapiro\, piano\, Francine Trester\, violin\, Julie Reimann\, cello) perform at the First Unitarian Universalist Society in Newton\, MA\, in support of Doctors Without Borders\, a nonprofit organization that brings medical humanitarian assistance to victims of conflict\, natural disasters\, epidemics and healthcare exclusion. The program includes Martin’s scintillating Trio on Popular Irish Melodies\, Piazzolla’s exciting Otoño Porteño (Autumn)\, Ukrainian composer Myroslav Skoryk’s hauntingly beautiful Melody\, and Ravel’s exquisite Trio in a minor. All proceeds will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.
