The Allen Center is Newton's home for arts and culture! Originally the home of 19th-century abolitionist and educator Nathaniel Topliff Allen, the NCA purchased the building in late 2012. After an $8 million refurbishing project, The Allen Center reopened in 2021 and hosts a variety of cultural events.
