Using collage can really improve your design and understanding of the landscape. It is also a wonderful way of creating a beautiful work of art using unconventional materials. Working online live with Jill Pottle, one week will focus on drawn and painted forests, and the other on collaged cities. In this 2-session workshop, students will use found materials (magazines, decorative papers and old books, etc.) for shape, value, color, and texture as they create a work of art. In addition, students will make their own collage materials to use. This class will be freeing, expressive, and fun. All levels are welcome. See website for materials list.
