Join storyteller Rona Leventhal for an enthralling, pre-recorded rendition of her one-woman show, The Prince of Pirates and the Witch of Wellfleet. Rona will present her version of a classic Cape Cod tale that is a mixture of history and legend, set in the early 1700s. Playing fifteen characters, Rona offers an engaging, powerful look at life in Puritan New England through the lens of the story. The show addresses the history of the era, universal themes, “gang mentality” of the masses, hypocrisy, and resilience. A Q and A will follow.
