Susan Seidner Adler (1935-2020) was a self-taught artist and psychotherapist known for her portraits of prominent figures, including her sister-in-law Renata Adler, and for her portrait of Sylvia Plath at Smith College. Susan Adler’s oil paintings and figurines capture more than a mere likeness of their subjects and reflect the elegance of the times.
