In this light-hearted course conducted on Zoom, explore the joy of floral watercolors. Learn to make choices about loose (expressive watercolor) vs. “tight” painting techniques (botanical illustration). You’ll fall in love with the simplest rules of composition, which will free you up to use special watercolor effects. In your homework, choose between simple assignments for relaxation or more challenging assignments to enrich quiet periods at your home studio. Some watercolor experience required.
