Drawing – Learn to take a closer look at what we often take for granted: the letterforms all around us—shop signs, packaging labels, subway posters, newspaper/magazine headlines and ads, even the numerals on clocks. Each typeface has its unique DNA that expresses the history of typography. In this workshop you’ll design your own sign, create your own letterforms, play with shape, negative space, pattern, rhythm, embellishment, etc. No drawing skills necessary.
